Epoché Service Integrator was founded in 2002 as a consulting firm and specializes in training and personnel selection.
The company philosophy is based on the concept of 'Epo-khe' (translation of the ancient greek "ἐποχή") which literally means "the suspension of judgement".
All our projects are conceived as a process of continuous self-improvement involving us, our customers and our suppliers, and based on the assumption of the 'Epokhe', that is to say the exclusion of preconceptions and prejudices.
Our success is the result of an on-going team effort, in which everyone's creativity is appreciated, valued and taken into consideration. In 2010, Epoché became a 'Profiles International Italy Business Partner'. Thanks to this agreement, Epoché validates its assessments through the use of highly sophisticated and standardized criteria and tools. ProfileXT is the number one assessment tool bar none.
